DTSVN Recruitment: Delivery Director

Job description  

• Participate in reviewing and evaluating all software production activities, products, markets, customers/partners, and personnel of the company. From that:   

Propose product/service/project delivery plan to customers/partners   

• Main coordination of product/service delivery activities  
• Coordinate with Growth Director/CTO to realize the overall annual growth commitment   
• Responsible to the Board of Directors and CEO for the Company's annual OKR transfer.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from University or post-university majoring in IT or IT-related  
• 5+ years of experience in positions: Software production director, PO, Leader of large projects at Software Companies, IT Firms in Vietnam/ or Banking and Financial Institutions
• Deep understanding of software/software services, digital marketing, ways to develop large software projects, software products  
• Deep understanding of the Banking, Finance, Securities, and Insurance markets - has participated in Development/Growth/Contract Management of Banking/Finance/Government projects  
• Good at English   
• Good ability to present/organize/coordinate work   
• Good internal and partner/customer connection capabilities   
• Commitment/enforcement is a mandatory requirement  
• Age: 30-40.
