Job description:

• Manage expectations to ensure project objectives are achieved;
• Manage and control the progress, quality and cost of the project according to the agreed and approved plan;
• Manage Resources as agreed in advance with members and in accordance with project plan;
• Do project risk management for assigned projects;
• Appropriate dispute management and accountability in the assigned project
• Ensure project activities comply with internal regulations as well as other regulations applicable to assigned projects;
• Assist in defining the scope and objectives of the project, involve and ensure technical feasibility;
• Manage communications within the project;
• Ensure resource availability and proper resource allocation in the assigned project
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate techniques in accordance with the Bank's project management method;
• Successfully manage relationships with customers and partners;
• Responsible for project implementation results.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Banking, IT or Management;
• Project Management certification is preferred;
• At least 2-3 years as a Project Manager in software development;
• Experience in a specific banking sector of at least 2-3 years;
• Understanding the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);
• Can communicate in English (required).
