Job Description
- Develop testing plans and methods;
- Develop test scenarios/cases for application software;
- Perform SIT/UAT testing of application software;
- Monitor the development team's error handling and summarize testing progress reports, problems to management/project management levels;
- Perform tasks related to software development/automation testing including:
- Framework development and training
- Automation tester
- Performance testing (load/stress…)
- Participate in building and completing test reports and project documents related to the entire testing process.
- Participate in implementing Information Technology Projects;
- Participate in scientific research, building internal products;
- Participate in training courses;
- Develop user manuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field;
- 1+ years of manual testing experience;
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how quality management works within it;
- Extensive knowledge of programming techniques, quality assurance methods and tools;
- Computer skills including database management;
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Good team-working skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Proficient in best practices for testing, version control and defect management.
