 Job description   

• Participate in reviewing and evaluating all marketing, business, software production, products, markets, customers/partners, and personnel activities of the company. From that:    Propose annual growth strategy, based on market assessment and internal company suitability
• Main coordination of Business and Market Development activities for growth  
• Coordinate with Delivery Director to fulfil growth commitments.    
• Responsible to the Board of Directors and CEO for the Company's annual growth OKRs    

Job Requirements

• Graduated from University majoring in IT or related IT, Economics, Diplomacy, Foreign Trade, Banking and Finance    
• 5+ years of experience in positions: Sales Director, Market Development Director at software companies, IT firms in Vietnam/ or banking/financial organizations    
• Deep understanding of software/software services, digital transformation, ways to develop large software projects, software products   
• Deep understanding of Banking, Finance, Securities, Insurance markets - has participated in Development/Growth/Contract Management of Banking/Finance projects    
• Good at English    
• Good presentation/organization/coordination ability    
• Good internal and partner/customer connection capabilities    
• Commitment/enforcement is a mandatory requirement.    
• Age: 30-40.
